The EO Global Leadership Academy (GLA) is an invitation-only program crafted for EO’s most committed and visionary leaders. Over four and a half immersive days, you’ll explore not just how to lead, but why. Together with a cohort of carefully selected peers, you’ll sharpen your leadership lens, align with EO’s mission, and prepare for greater impact within the organization and beyond.

Who is Global Leadership Academy for?

GLA is intended for EO members who:

• Are in good standing and compliant with EO Policies & Procedures
• Have served as Chapter President or in an Area, Regional, or Global leadership role
• Are preparing for future leadership responsibilities within EO
