EO’s Sydney University will ignite your imagination as we embark on four days of learning, connection and growth to fuel your future, from 29 November – 3 December 2023. Embrace our University theme, “Play it Forward,” as we transport you back to reconnect with the boundless wonder of childhood.

Rediscover the magic that sparks your imagination and seize the opportunity to define whatever “it” may mean for you. The University learning programme is designed to guide you on a journey through curated learning blocks. Return to EO Universities with your fellow EOers and embark on an adventure to explore your imagination, build your playground and then give it a go. The LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method is an experiential and innovative way to enhance innovation and business performance. It was developed at LEGO, based on research in strategy and organizational behaviour, and incorporating what LEGO company knows about learning and development.

Per Kristiansen is a co-founder of the Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and joined Trivium in September 2006.

In this workshop, you will be introduced to a hands-on, minds-on approach for creating strategy and accelerating change.

Jo Stanley is a performer, writer, TV and radio presenter. She is co-host of The House of Wellness TV and Radio, and creator of the House of Wellness podcast.

She writes a regular column for Sunday Life magazine, and is the creator of the Play Like A Girl kids’ book series. In between these very rewarding roles, Jo is focusing her vast media experience on building Broad Radio – Australia’s first radio network for women, by women, and a platform that will amplify the full diversity of women’s voices and stories.
