Then\, we’ll get moving with a private group movement class before enjoying the farm’s wellness amenities. \nDuring Fire & Ice\, warm up in the sauna\, try a cold plunge\, or unwind in the saltwater pool. Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself or simply relax\, you can enjoy the experience at your own pace. \nA catered lunch at the Farmstand will bring everyone together for good food and conversation. Afterward\, spend the afternoon visiting the farm animals\, playing pickleball or basketball\, exploring the grounds\, or pulling up a seat to catch up with fellow members. \nThis day is about making time for ourselves and each other before the holiday rush takes over.
