In this business simulator, each person will be placed on a team with two other individuals to form the management team of a rapidly growing company. The challenge will be to balance your own personal goals as a manager and business owner with the team’s combined goal of growing faster than the other teams around you.

Winners will be given prizes and there will be a panel discussion at the end to provide insight into how you can successfully respond to similar challenges in real life as a business owner.
